Google Earth And Google Maps

Google Earth and Google Maps sure go hand in hand. The amazing feature that you can embed a map into a website is a handy opportunity. In the past websites could provide their address and you could copy and paste it into Google maps where you could then get directions. Now you can immediately see the map on the website and then click on it for further details, changing perspectives, printing etc.

Google maps has taken over where Mapquest and other mapping programs used to excel and put them to shame. With all of the other added features, like street view, directions and satellite view you can't beat Google Maps.

Sometimes the printed version of Google Maps gets cut off, or the 'large image' feature is distorted, but the simplest thing there is to wait until you have inspected your print out before closing the map window. Make sure that you can see all of the areas you wish to visit and that each of the line item directions are clear and readable.
